This is a how to demo an answer to a customer question. Your customers from zip Realty and Coldwell banker. And he told us that Zimbra is the email system used within the companies. So it turns out that using fast forward stories videos in Zimbra, his email client is terrifically easy. If the demo email client they make available works the same way as the one you've got. Here's the Zimbra client on the left. It's a demo account from Sandbrook. Here's a fast forward, uh, library on the right. So all I'm going to do is create a new email message and I'll actually send it to the demo account here. I don't know if it comes back or not, I don't think this demo account actually sends out. They probably don't want people using it for spam, but we'll be able to view it in sent mail, uh, test.

So this is the standard client, a message form that comes up. So I'm just going to say, watch this video and I'm going to type video here. I'll show you why in just a second. Over in the right side. Grab a video that I want to send under the top right video actions, menu embed and share. There'll be the only command available in an ignore inline in bed, pop over in bed, go to link in email campaign. Click email provider equals none. If you want the thumbnail linked to the landing page, that's automatically created for that video. Leave this as is. If you've got the video or library videos on your website, replace that links to field with your URL. I'll leave it as is for now. Copy that email merge tag back over here in Zimbra. I'm going to click the source code button, the two little double carrots.

You see it right there. Click source code. There's the video here that I'd typed earlier. I'm going to highlight that and replace it. I just pasted and replaced it with this merge tag hit. Okay, so the thumbnail comes in automatically and it's linked to that landing page. So off we go. This is a demo account so I can't see it somewhere else, but this is what it's going to look like when it lands in someone's email. And as you'll see when I click it, it goes directly to the video page. So you, if you're a zip Realty or Caldwell and you're using an email client that looks like this Zimbra email client, you may have a very easy time sending videos, thumbnail links to videos from fast forward stories.
